Stencil is not loading
If Stencil is not loading or you are experiencing problems getting it to open, try the following:
- If you're using the Chrome Extension, please make sure you're on an actual website. Just for the sake of testing, please trying going to http://www.yahoo.com and try launching the app from there.
- Try clearing your browser cache and fully closing and re-opening your browser. If you're unsure how to clear your browser cache, visit this site: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
- If #1 and #2 above both don't work, contact us with a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing...and screenshots are always nice :)
