I'm having trouble logging into my account

If you're having trouble logging into your account, don't worry: you're not alone. This is easily the most common problem our users have when using Stencil. Please try the following:

• Double check that you typed the email address correctly
• Try typing in the password again, taking extra caution as you type each letter number of punctuation mark

If this still doesn't work, it's possible you signed up for Stencil with another email address. Please use the Forgot password? link underneath the login form to attempt to reset your password.

We'll then send you an email with a link that once you click it, will log you into your account, and take you to your Password Settings area where you can change your password.
