How do I upgrade my Pro account to an Unlimited account?

If you subscribed BEFORE November 1st, 2021

If you upgraded to Stencil Pro or Unlimited before November 1st, 2021 you'll need to contact us in order to upgrade your account. 

If you subscribed AFTER November 1st, 2021

As of November 1, 2021 Stencil is part of Namecheap. All Stencil accounts details, subscriptions, and billing are now handled by Namecheap. 

Upgrading to an Unlimited account

To upgrade your account from Pro to Unlimited, head over to My Account > Settings > Plan and click on the Upgrade button under the Unlimited plan option. (Note: You must have already connected your Namecheap account and originally upgraded with Namecheap for this to work)
